Please note that we do have special ways and means of doing our packaging since most of our shipments are overseas we handle all the paper work and documents relating to the shipment as we will only need someone from your company to be present during pickup to sign a portion of our international airway bill. When the items are picked up from your end everything becomes our responsibility and you are not liable to any lost or damage of items. The bill of lading & all documentation will be taken care of by the driver at the time of pickup.
